1Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of arvallis.com and related pages, forms, and online checkout (the “Site”), operated by Arvallis Inc. (“Arvallis,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2What These Terms Cover

Arvallis provides tenant communication and maintenance coordination services to rental property owners. If you subscribe, the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) governs the Services. If these Terms and the MSA conflict on the Services, the MSA controls.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm you are authorized to act for it. The Services are offered to property owners in the United States.

4Online Orders & Subscriptions

Prices shown on the Site are in U.S. dollars per leased space per month, plus any applicable taxes. The monthly total shown at checkout is calculated from the number of leases you enter; you are responsible for entering accurate counts.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.
• You may cancel with 30 days’ written notice to hello@arvallis.com, as described in the MSA.
• We may decline or cancel an order, for example if information is inaccurate or a property is outside our service scope. If we cancel before service starts, we will refund any amount charged.

5Forms & Communications

When you submit a contact or checkout form, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry or account. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts without your separate consent, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

6Information on the Site

Site content is general information about our services. It is not legal, tax, financial, or real estate advice. Features, Tiers and prices may change; the version in effect when you subscribe applies to your order.

7Tenants & Emergencies

If you are a tenant of a property we support, please use the contact channel provided by your owner. Arvallis acts on the owner’s instructions and cannot make decisions reserved to the owner, such as lease, rent, or deposit matters.

Arvallis is not an emergency service. For fire, gas, crime, or medical emergencies, call 911.

8Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information;
• Use the Site to harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone;
• Interfere with the Site’s security or operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
• Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without permission;
• Use the Site in violation of any law.

9Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, design, logos, and images, is owned by Arvallis or its licensors and protected by law. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our written permission. “Arvallis” and our logo are our trademarks.

10Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal information.

11Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arvallis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability for paid Services is governed by the MSA.

13Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Arvallis harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit.

14Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.

15Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept it.
