1Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how Arvallis Inc. (“Arvallis,” “we,” “us”), 205 Hudson St, New York, NY 10013, handles personal information when you visit arvallis.com, contact us, subscribe, or interact with us as a tenant or vendor at a property we support.

2Information We Collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: name, email, phone, region, number of properties, and your message.
• Checkout: owner name, company, email, phone, property addresses, communication preferences, spending limit, start date, and Local Contact name and phone.
• Payment: billing name and address. Card details go directly to Stripe.

Information from service delivery

• Tenants: names, contact details, unit or room, and the content of requests, messages, photos, and call notes.
• Vendors: business name, contact details, estimates, invoices, and job notes.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, recorded in our hosting provider’s server logs for security and reliability.

3How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide quotes;
• To set up, deliver, and bill for the Services;
• To receive and route tenant requests, coordinate Vendors, and prepare owner reports;
• To send service, billing, and account messages;
• To keep the Site and Services secure and prevent fraud;
• To comply with law and enforce our agreements.

4How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

• With the property owner — tenant and Vendor information related to that owner’s property;
• With Vendors and Local Contacts — the minimum needed to arrange access and complete a job (for example, a tenant’s name, unit, and availability);
• With service providers who process data for us under contract, such as payment processing, form delivery, website hosting, and email and phone services;
• For legal reasons — to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety;
• In a business transfer — if Arvallis is merged or sold, subject to this Policy.

5Tenant Information

When we communicate with tenants, we act on behalf of the property owner, who decides how tenant information is used. Tenants who want to access, correct, or delete their information should contact their owner; we will help the owner respond. You can also write to us directly at legal@arvallis.com.

6Cookies

The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser’s session storage only to carry your selected plan from the Pricing page to checkout; it is cleared when you close the tab. Stripe’s embedded checkout may set cookies needed for payment security.

7Retention

We keep owner account and billing records for as long as you are a client and for up to seven years afterward for tax and legal purposes. Request logs and tenant communications are kept for the duration of service and returned to the owner or deleted within 12 months after termination, unless law requires longer. Contact form submissions that do not become clients are deleted within 24 months.

8Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, consistent with New York’s SHIELD Act. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9Your Choices & Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails, by writing to legal@arvallis.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, which we will honor where those laws apply. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10Children

The Site and Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes

We may update this Policy. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page and, for clients, sent by email.
