What’s covered
- Plumbing
- Leaking pipes, toilet tank components, water heater repair or replacement, standard drain snaking, faucet assemblies.
- Electrical
- Breaker panels, light switches, GFCI outlets, wiring shorts, ceiling fans.
- HVAC
- Thermostat repair, capacitor replacement, pilot light reignition. Full system replacements are not covered.
- Major appliances
- Refrigerator (including compressor), dishwasher, oven and range, built-in microwave.
The repair cap applies per home, per plan year, to eligible repairs. Coverage terms, exclusions and eligibility are set out in your service agreement. Add the plan to any Homeowner Care or Rental Support package at checkout.
