Most homes don’t need a deep clean every week. They need a reset: ten focused minutes that put things back where they belong and stop small messes from becoming big ones.
Start at the door. Clear shoes, mail and bags so the first thing you see is calm. Then work clockwise through each room with one rule: touch every surface once. Wipe it, clear it, or move on.
Finish in the kitchen and bathroom, where a quick wipe of the counters, sink and mirror does the most visible good. Swap the towels, empty the bins, and you’re done.
If ten minutes keeps turning into an hour, that’s a sign the home needs a proper clean first. Book one, then let the weekly reset keep it there.
