Some jobs are quick wins: resetting a tripped breaker, clearing a slow drain with a plunger, replacing a bulb or an HVAC filter. If it’s simple and safe, it’s usually yours.
Anything involving gas, electrical wiring, water that won’t stop, or structural damage should be reported right away. Don’t wait, and don’t attempt it yourself.
When you do report an issue, include photos, the exact location and when it started. A clear report gets the right person out faster — often on the first visit.
